Billy Ray Cyrus Files For Divorce From Firerose

It sure seems like Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose are calling it quits — and less than a year after they got married, no less.

Since then, the former couple — who were married for 30 years before their divorce was finalized last year — have gone their separate ways. Tish married actor Dominic Purcell last year, which…let’s not even get into that right now.

As for Billy, he married Australian musician Firerose back in October of 2023 — yes, that’s right, a little over seven months ago.

And now it seems like the whole thing’s over. According to documents obtained by People, Billy Ray has reportedly filed for divorce from Firerose, reportedly citing “irreconcilable differences” and “inappropriate marital conduct” as reasons for the filing.

People also reports that Billy Ray is “seeking an annulment on the grounds of fraud.” Hmm! Wonder what that’s about.

Maybe we’ll find out, maybe we won’t. In the meantime, BuzzFeed has reached out to Billy Ray’s reps for further comment — we’ll let you know if we hear back.
