The great Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat’s Daughter) and stunning Maika Monroe (It Follows) spoke with MovieWeb’s Will Sayre about their universally acclaimed new horror film Longlegs, with Nicolas Cage and Blair Underwood. They discussed keeping it light while filming and touched on Perkins’ next film, a very different adaptation of Stephen King’s short story The Monkey.
Longlegs hits theaters July 12, 2024. In the film, FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes an unexpected turn, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again.
