Iconic indie auteur Kevin Smith spoke with MovieWeb’s Will Sayre about his latest film, the coming-of-age comedy The 4:30 Movie, a film in love with cinema and a personal one for Smith. He also discussed Jay & Silent Bob’s enduring legacy and an anniversary release.
From writer-director Kevin Smith (Clerks, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back) comes the semi-autobiographical teen comedy The 4:30 Movie, which follows three sixteen-year-old friends who spend their Saturdays sneaking into movies at the local cineplex. The 4:30 Movie is now available on Electronic Sell-Through, and Video on Demand, Blu-ray + DVD + Digital, and Amazon-exclusive 4K + Blu-ray + Digital SteelBook on November 5 from Lionsgate.
