In honor of her and Eddie Murphy’s son Angel’s 18th birthday, the Spice Girl shared a sweet tribute on social media, including a carousel of pictures of him as a baby, posing with siblings and even joining his mom at work on the set of America’s Got Talent

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY ANGEL !!! I cannot believe youre 18 You are so special and so bright and so talented,” the “Wannabe” singer (real name Melanie Brown)  wrote on Instagram April 3. “I couldnt be prouder of watching you grow and become the person you are but youll forever be my babyyyy I hope you keep chasing your dreams and be kind to everyone around you like you always have been my Angel Love you always.”

Angel—who shares his pronouns on his Instagram profile—marked his birthday the same day as his dad Eddie, whom Melanie, 49, briefly dated in 2006. Melanie is also the mother of Phoenix, 26, whom she shares with ex Jimmy Gulzar and Madison, 13, whom she shares with ex-husband Stephen Belafonte.
