Chris Pratt Teases ‘The Terminal List’ Season 2 With BTS Video
Jun 9, 2025
Chris Pratt is looking a bit worse for wear in a new social media post, but it’s all in the name of his return as US Navy SEAL James Reece in the second season of The Terminal List. While many fans have grown used to seeing him flexing his jaw muscles as Star Lord in the MCU and, indeed, in the first season of The Terminal List, this time around he looks more like a castaway than a Navy SEAL thanks to some impressive make-up and hair work by the show’s team. While many fans were shocked by Pratt’s unkempt appearance – with several taking a moment to point out that he “looks rough” and could be “auditioning for Castaway 2” – his teasing post included praise for the hair and make-up team, but also revealed something a little icky about the hair itself. Pratt wrote:
“Isn’t this hair and makeup incredible? My team does such an awesome job. The crazy thing about wearing a fake mustache or a fake beard is when you eat, you get hair in your mouth, which is gross because it’s definitely someone else’s hair. And you don’t know whose, where it came from.”

‘The Terminal List’ Was a Huge Prime Video Hit
The Terminal List debuted in 2022 and, just like several other action shows, immediately took the top spot on the streaming charts, but also failed to gain much praise from critics. The series currently holds a 40% Tomatometer score, with many criticisms revolving around its “dire concoction of cliches” and “overlong, plodding storyline.” But audiences with streaming subscriptions that allow them to watch anything for “free” don’t really care what critics think, and that was proven by the show’s success. It was also backed up with an impressive 94% rating from audiences on Rotten Tomatoes, many of whom hailed the series for its action, characters, and plot. It seems that when it comes to action, audiences simply want action, and The Terminal List delivered that in droves. Season 2 of The Terminal List, which will be based on Jack Carr’s second Reece novel, True Believer, is unlikely to change the format, so we can expect another display of macho action when the series returns to Prime Video in 2026. As well as that, fans can also look forward to the prequel series, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, which will drop its first season sometime later in 2025. The first season of The Terminal List is currently available to stream on Prime Video. Source: Instagram
