Jun 15, 2025

With a bunch of new ensemble projects coming up for Marvel, it’s no wonder that there are a ton of rumors swirling around about big name actors that are joining the MCU for the first time. The latest comes from industry scooper Daniel Richtman, who says, “Jeremy Allen White is being eyed for a Marvel role.” The actor, who is best known for his role in the hit series The Bear, as well as the long-running fan-favorite drama Shameless, and The Iron Claw, is in high demand right now. Aside from the upcoming fourth season of The Bear, set to debut on June 25th, White will be portraying Bruce Springsteen in the biopic Deliver Me From Nowhere, in theatres on October 24th. He is also set to take on the role of Rotta the Hutt in the feature Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, out next year. White is a great actor, and would be an asset to the MCU, but this is just a rumor for now. If there is any merit to it, which Marvel character would you like to see Jeremy Allen White play?
