Get GHOST OF TSUSHIMA on Sale Now — GeekTyrant

Oct 10, 2025

This week is the release of the highly anticipated video game, Ghost of Yotei. I know I’ve been excited for the game and I don’t even have a PlayStation 5! It just looks so cool. If you’re wanting to play its predecessor, Ghost of Tsushima, to get a taste of what to expect while you save up money or wait for the PC port that I’m expecting in about a year, I’ve got a couple of deals for you to consider. You can now head over to the Humble Store (affiliate link) to purchase Ghost of Tsushima for $40.19 ($36.17 if you have a Humble Choice subscription) or head over to Fanatical (affiliate link) to purchase the game for $35.99.Regardless of which store you buy it from, you’ll be treated to the director’s cut of the game on Steam. It is important to note that you’ll need to link a PlayStation Network Account (gag) for the Legends Mode (online multiplayer). The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima supports unlocked framerates; upscaling and frame generation with NVIDIA DLSS 3/4, AMD FSR 3/4, and Intel XeSS; support for 21:9, 32:9, and 48:9 monitor support; DualSense controller support including haptic feedback; fully customizable controls with mouse and keyboard; and lip sync for the Japanese voiceover “made possible by cinematics being rendered in real time by your PC.”This is the point when I confess that I have not played Ghost of Tsushima yet. However, with the release of Ghost of Yotei here and these sales happening, it may be time for me to finally remedy this.If you are unfamiliar with Ghost of Tsushima, let’s take a little stroll back to 2020. Ghost of Tsushima was developed by Sucker Punch Productions, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, and released exclusively on PS5. Then, in 2024, the game was ported over to PC allowing even more gamers to enjoy this story. In Ghost of Tsushima, you play as Jin Sakai on his mission to save Tsushima Island and Japan from the Mongol empire. In the late 13th century, the Mongol empire has laid waste to entire nations along their campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning general, Khotun Khan.As the island burns in the wake of the first wave of the Mongol assault, courageous samurai warrior Jin Sakai stands resolute. As one of the last surviving members of his clan, Jin is resolved to do whatever it takes, at any cost, to protect his people and reclaim his home. He must set aside the traditions that have shaped him as a warrior to forge a new path, the path of the Ghost, and wage an unconventional war for the freedom of Tsushima. Are you excited for Ghost of Yotei? What’s your favorite memory from Ghost of Tsushima? Help push me over the edge and actually get around to buying this game with these sales.
