Here’s a fun new episode of Binging with Babish, which features Andrew Rea as he recreates one of The Simpsons’ most amazing food monstrosities… “The Coagulator.” This sucker is a tuna melt that is dunked in funnel cake batter, deep-fried in… mayonnaise oil, and powdered with sugar. The deep-fried sandwich clocks in at 300,000 on the Largo-scale.You know what… this is something that I would actually try. I wouldn’t eat the whole thing, but I would definitely take a bite.
