Joe Alwyn Details Bond With “Sweet, Funny, Brilliant” Emma Stone

Joe Alwyn loves the conversations he has with friend Emma Stone.
And after working together on The Favourite and recently Kinds of Kindness, the pair have developed close friendship on set.
“It’s the best,” Joe exclusively told E! News about acting alongside Emma. “Everyone is obviously seeing that she’s wildly, wildly talented, but she’s also just a sweet, funny, brilliant person.”
“I felt really lucky,” he continued. “We all felt really lucky.”
And the 33-year-old was particularly excited to reunite with Emma (real name Emily Stone) and their Favourite director for Kinds of Kindness, Yorgos Lanthimos.
“It’s nice listen to return to faces you’ve worked with before,” he said. “So Emily, I worked before—and Yorgos, of course, And there’s a real familiarity that comes trust.
