Kristen Stewart Shares Wild Meaning Behind New Tattoo

Kristen wore a beautiful white Chanel suit, which consisted of a fitted jacket and trouser shorts — which just so happened to unveil a new tattoo on her leg.

Just above the knee, Kristen’s new ink reads “MINE” in capital letters.

Now, if this tattoo seems in any way familiar to you, that might be because of the recent viral trend that saw heaps of Taylor Swift fans getting the word “mine” tatted onto their upper thighs in their partner’s handwriting following the release of her 2024 song “Guilty as Sin?” which features the lyric, “What if he’s written ‘mine’ on my upper thigh only in my mind?”

But lo and behold, Kristen revealed the meaning behind her tattoo during a recent chat with Vulture, and it’s safe to say that it’s a little different.

When asked directly what the tatt means, Kristen cited a scene from The Chronology of Water, saying: “The coolest song in the movie is when she comes on her hand, smells it, wipes it on her fucking bicep, and goes, ‘I didn’t know a girl body could do that. Shoot come.’ And then this song comes on and it goes, ‘Mine, mine, mine, mine.’ And it’s just fucking mine.”

What’s more, Kristen — who married Dylan Meyer earlier this year — revealed that other members of the film crew will also be getting the same tattoo.
