Part Two,’ ‘Shogun’ Top 2025 ASC Awards Nominations
Jan 23, 2025
Despite Los Angeles being battered by numerous wildfires, the American Society of Cinematographers announced their nominees for the 2025 ASC Awards. A somewhat predictable precursor for the Cinematography Academy Award, this year’s ASC finalists featured few surprises. Making the cut were Lol Crawley for “The Brutalist,” Greig Fraser for “Dune: Part Two,” Jarin Blaschke for “Nosferatu,” Stéphane Fontaine for “Conclave,” Ed Lachman for “Maria,” Phedon Papamichael for “A Complete Unknown” and Alice Brooks for “Wicked.”
