Expendable 4 filmmaker Scott Waugh is set to helm the film, with Ritchson, Todd Garner, Dan Spilo, Mark Fasano, and Jeffrey Greenstein producing. Based on Tommy White and Miles Hubley’s 2023 Blacklist script, production is set to begin in London in March 2025.
