Ready or Not 2 is officially moving forward with Radio Silence returning to direct and Samara Weaving set to reprise her role as Grace. The actress recently talked about returning to the franchise saying: “I’m all in. I think we’re all in, I don’t know. I think we’re all in…I don’t know if we’ve had our blood handshake, but pretty much.“We’ve done the spit handshake, but we haven’t cut each other’s hands and rubbed our blood together.”So, with this being official, it seems like they did cut each other’s hands and rub their blood together. It’ll be fun to see how the creative team will continue Grace’s story after the horrifically nightmarish bloody events of the first film. The original film follows Grace, a newlywed who marries into the wealthy and eccentric Le Domas family, known for their success in the gaming industry. On her wedding night, Grace is coerced into participating in a bizarre family tradition where she must play a game of hide and seek. However, the game turns deadly when Grace realizes the family is hunting her as part of a ritualistic sacrifice to ensure their continued fortune. With her life at stake, Grace must use her wits and survival instincts to outsmart her murderous in-laws in a tense and bloody battle for survival.Radio Silence is otherwise known as Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. The duo went on to reboot Spyglass/Paramount’s Scream and Scream VI respectively in 2022 and 2023. This year the duo helmed the Universal vampire comedy, Abigail. What would your pitch be for a Ready or Not sequel? What do you think the story for the sequel will be?Source: Deadline
