Ricki Lake isn’t keeping secrets.

In fact, the Hairspray star didn’t hold back when sharing details about the recent cosmetic surgery she underwent after losing over 30 pounds.

“I’ll reveal this to you, I’ve told other people, but I’ve had a lower face and neck lift,” Ricki told Andy Cohen on the June 12 episode of Watch What Happens Live. “I lost a lot of weight and I had this certain thing hanging and I had it fixed.”

And the 56-year-old wants to make it clear she has nothing to hide.

“I love that I can talk about it. I’m fully transparent, always have been,” she said. “I don’t want there to be any stigma. This is something that was bothering me.”

For her, the results speak for themselves.

“I kind of think it’s the best facelift I’ve ever seen,” the former Ricki Lake Show host told Andy after he complimented her new look. “And my doctor, let me give a shout out because he’s a genius. Dr. Allen Foulad is the best, and I’ve sent many people to him.”
