Spencer Pratt’s Life Update After L.A. Wildfires
Apr 11, 2025
Spencer Pratt is releasing more than just his inhibitions.
Three months after his and wife Heidi Montag’s home burned down during the Los Angeles wildfires, the Hills alum admitted he’s still working through some strong feelings—and hasn’t exactly come to terms with the devastating loss.
“It’s not peace—it’s anger,” Spencer told E! News’ Keltie Knight in an exclusive interview aired April 9. “It’s horrific.”
The reality star, who appears in Hulu’s new competition series Got to Get Out premiering April 11, isn’t alone in his emotions, as his parents lost their Pacific Palisades home in the blaze as well.
“My mom’s crying all day long,” he continued. “I don’t think my mom’s stopped crying.”
But amid the overwhelming circumstances, Spencer—who shares sons Gunner, 7, and Ryker, 2, with Heidi—is committed to turning his “anger to positivity” as he and his family rebuild their lives. For one thing, he’s been busy promoting his wife’s music on social media as fans helped push her 2010 album Superficial to the top of the iTunes chart—but he stopped short of taking credit for her success.
