‘Cobra Kai’ Creators Return With A Comedy Series About A Group Of Drunk People Who Have To Save The World

As seen in the trailer for the new Netflix action-comedy series, “Obliterated” follows the story of a elite group of people who are tasked to save Las Vegas from a nuclear bomb. Guess what? They disarm the bomb and everything is okay! That’s when they decide to party. Hard. But they’re distressed to find that they are then told the nuclear bomb they disarmed was fake and the real one is set to go off in a matter of hours. Now, this group of soldiers is drunk and high and they have to save the world… again. 
The series stars Shelley Hennig, Nick Zano, C. Thomas Howell, Kimi Rutledge, Paola Lázaro, Terrence Terrell, Alyson Gorske, and Eugene Kim. “Obliterated” comes from co-creators and showrunners Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald. The trio is probably best known as the creative minds behind the hit series, “Cobra Kai.” 
“Obliterated” debuts on Netflix on November 30. You can watch the trailer below.
Here’s the synopsis:
Obliterated is a high octane action-comedy that tells the story of an elite special forces team who thwarts a deadly threat to Las Vegas. After their celebratory party, filled with booze, drugs and sex, the team discovers that the bomb they deactivated was a fake. The now intoxicated team has to fight through their impairments, overcome their personal issues, find the real bomb, and save the world.
