The second episode saw a 28% increase from the premiere, with episode 3 continuing that upward trend and increasing another 5%. “Yeah, and I was also entirely satisfied. That’s the most important thing when you’re trying to make a really good detective show. You need to be satisfied by the ending. Endings are really, really difficult. So I was surprised in how the mystery ties itself together. Sometimes, endings can feel lazy, and this really didn’t feel that way. It stays true to the piece. I remember watching the finale for the first time and bursting into tears, because I was so proud of what we created, but also because the ending is just so beautiful. It’s my favorite episode by far. I can’t wait for everyone to see it. ”
