Aug 13, 2024

While there are series that come and go unceremoniously on streaming services all the time, “Slow Horses” keeps chugging along, now in its fourth season.
As seen in the trailer for “Slow Horses” Season four, the show follows the story of a group of misfit British intelligence agents who have to rise above their stations in life to save the day. The series consistently receives acclaim from critics, which probably helps it earn more seasons. It also probably doesn’t hurt that it is led by Gary Oldman, an actor who is known as one of the very best in the world.

Here’s the synopsis:
“Slow Horses” is a darkly humorous espionage drama that follows a dysfunctional team of British intelligence agents who serve in a dumping ground department of MI5 known un-affectionately as Slough House. Season four opens with a bombing that detonates personal secrets, rocking the already unstable foundations of Slough House.
