Jason Momoa has been accused of mistreating some of the crew members of his upcoming film A Minecraft Movie. Rachell Marie Hofstetter aka Valkyrae, one of the biggest female YouTube streamers in the world, has a cameo in the upcoming Minecraft movie, and she has some things to say about Momoa and what she witnessed on the set.According to Valkyrae, who has a cameo in the film, she didn’t have the best experience with Momoa while shooting her scene, explaining that there was a “disappointing” moment when Momoa lashed out at the film crew. In a recent interview with CB, Valkyrae said: “I just saw him mistreat some of the crew, and it was pretty disappointing. It was after a very intense scene, and it was a very emotional scene, so maybe he was still in character, I don’t know. But I was just surprised by how he treated some of the crew.”Valkyrae continued: “He was just really mad at them for not doing something right — it was like setting up the shot and stuff. And he was just angry. Like really mad, and yelling. And so I was like, ‘man this is not a good work environment’. I would not be happy working under these conditions.”Who knows what was really going on, but Valkyrae clearly wasn’t impressed with the actor’s behavior. Maybe Momoa was just having a bad day. Pictures and Legendary Pictures will release the film only in theaters and IMAX in North America on April 4, 2025.
