Lisa Kudrow & Ray Romano’ Dream-Home-Turned-Nightmare Hits Netflix In December

Liz Feldman‘s “Dead To Me” found a second life at Netflix, so it only make sense her follow-up series lands on the streamer too. But while Feldman’s previous show took a darkly comedic look at therapy, her new one, “No Good Deed,” tackles another topic entirely: the highs and lows of buying or selling a home.

Lisa Kudrow and Ray Romano star in the upcoming series, on Netflix next month, as an empty-nester couple who decide to sell off their beloved LA villa. But what should be relatively normal transaction becomes to stuff of comedic nightmares when potential buyers how far they’re willing to go to own their dream home.
When Lydia and Paul decide to move on from their empty nest to forge a new life, they list their gorgeous 1920s Spanish-style villa located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Los Angeles – and the real estate frenzy begins. Multiple families all race to buy what they believe to be their dream house, convinced it will fix all of their very different problems. But as Lydia and Paul know all too well, sometimes the home of your dreams can be a true nightmare. As they struggle to hide the dark and dangerous secrets that linger inside their longtime home, Paul and Lydia begin to realize that the only way they’ll escape the past is to finally face it.Along with Kudrow and Romano, “No Good Deed” also stars Linda Cardellini, O-T Fagbenle, Abbi Jacobson, Denis Leary, Poppy Liu, Teyonah Parris, and Luke Wilson. Guest stars on the series include Matt Rogers, Kate Moennig, Chloe East, Rory Scovel, Wyatt Aubrey, Kevin Alves, and Linda Lavin, with Anna Maria Horsford.
Feldman serves as creator, showrunner, director, and executive producer on “No Good Deed.” Other executive producers include Will Ferrell and Jessica Elbaum via Gloria Sanchez Productions, and Christie Smith.
The entirety of “No Good Deed” premieres on Netflix on December 12. Watch a trailer for the series below.
