And there is no shortage of 5-star reviews from viewers. Leon R says, “I love the book. I have read it twice and everything in this adaptation is as I imagined it. Loved the acting, loved the magic, loved the soul of it. It felt like watching a Latin version of a Wes Anderson production. I want more!” While Shubhrajit B adds, “This is magical — the only word comes to mind while watching! The attention to detail while building Macondo, costume designs, cinematography, everything is laudable!
