It looks like development on Marvel Studios’ “Vision Quest” TV series. Casting is most definitely underway, as we now have learned that another familiar face is joining the series.

According to Deadline, Faran Tahir has signed on to appear in Marvel Studios’ “Vision Quest.” Tahir is no stranger to the MCU, having previously appeared as a villain in “Iron Man” way back in 2008. In that film, he was seemingly the leader of the 10 Rings terrorist group that held Tony Stark hostage. Even though we know that he is reprising his role for “Vision Quest,” it’s still unclear how that will happen and what it will look like. Previously, it was announced that James Spader would return as Ultron in the show. Maybe even more familiar faces will be announced in the future.
“Vision Quest” is an upcoming TV series that follows the journey of Vision, played by Paul Bettany, as he tries to reclaim his memories and humanity after the events of “WandaVision.” You may remember that he was killed at the end of “Avengers: Infinity War,” and he was brought back to life as White Vision in “WandaVision,” but he didn’t have any of his memories.

Tahir is no stranger to TV roles. He has recently appeared in series such as “The Old Man,” “FBI,” and “MacGyver.” As for film roles, he’s appeared in projects like “Umro Ayyar – A New Beginning,” “Coup,” “I’ll Meet You There,” and “I Am Fear.”
Marvel Studios has yet to announce when we might see “Vision Quest” get released on Disney+. Obviously, it would be silly to think a 2025 release would happen, so perhaps we’re looking at 2026. We’ll have to wait and see.
