All Over Again (Music Video) Featured, Reviews Film Threat
Aug 24, 2024
Two years ago, I had the pleasure of reviewing a short film from Joseph McGovern called All Over Again. It tells the story of an elder musician struggling through writer’s block in hopes of performing a new song at the Bus Stop Music Diner’s open mic night.
“…how goodness and friendship are still vital qualities of being a human being…”
I’ve now had the chance to watch the music video for the titular song, All Over Again. Pulled from the film, the song lovingly captures the inspiration and support we all find from our friends and family. The lead singer’s (Joseph Fuoco) performance is pulled directly from a short film and interspersed with footage from Gregory’s friends and family that is not used in the short.
Like in the original film, All Over Again is a heartfelt song about those who inspire us and how goodness and friendship are still vital qualities of being a human being in the world today.
