‘Baby Reindeer,’ ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith,’ & ‘Colin From Accounts’ Win Big At Inaugural Gotham TV Awards

The Gotham Institute held the inaugural Gotham TV Awards on Monday night and it was a big night for “Colin From Accounts.” The Australian television sensation and Paramount+ pickup took two honors, Breakthrough Comedy Series and star Harriet Dyer for Outstanding Performance in a Comedy Series. Breakthrough Drama Series went to “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” and Breakthrough Limited Series was awarded to “Baby Reindeer.”

The rest of the night’s winners included “The Jerrod Carmichael Reality Show” for Breakthrough Nonfiction Series, “Ripley’s” Andrew Scott for Outstanding Performance in a Limited Series,” and “3 Body Problem’s” Zine Tseng for Outstanding Performance in a Drama Series.
Additionally, tribute awards were given to Mariska Hargitay for “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (the Anniversary Tribute), Peter Morgan for “The Crown” (the Creator Tribute), and Lulu Wang for “Expats” (the Spotlight Tribute).
Netflix took three awards, Paramount+ won two while Amazon Prime Video and HBO went home with one each.
