The movie is being directed by Shawn Levy, who previously teased the R-rated violence and foulness of the film, saying: “We are writing, rewriting, developing, prepping Deadpool every day now. It is such a blast to laugh every day. It is so delicious to hear and write and come up with these scenes where people are just talking foul. And the violence is in your face and hardcore, and it’s very much a Deadpool movie.”The movie also stars The rest of the cast includes Emma Corrin as the villain, Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic as Vanessa and Colossus, Matthew Macfadyen in an unknown role, Karan Soni as Dopinder, and Leslie Uggams as Blind Al. Brianna Hildebrand and Shioli Kutsuna will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend Yukio. It’s also being reported that Halle Berry will be back as Storm, Famke Janssen will reprise her role as Jean Grey, and James Marsden will return and play Cyclops! It’s also teased that the movie will also include a returning X-Men villain and a returning MCU villain. It’s also been revealed that Wolverine and Deadpool are not going to get along in the movie. Wolverine hates Deadpool, and Jackman previously talked about that, saying: “How do I categorize it? Ten being really close, zero being the reality, we’re zero, we’re opposites, hate each other. I’m just talking from my perspective, [Logan’s] frustrated by him, wants to be a million miles away from him or wants to punch him in the head. Unfortunately, he can’t be a million miles away from him in this movie, so I’m probably going to punch him in the head a lot.”Deadpool 3 is currently slated to open in theaters on May 3, 2024.
