Killer Dolls Reveal A 2025 Release That May Arrive In This Summer

Jan 2, 2025

Already streamed all of “Squid Game” Season 2? No worries there, as fans of the super-popular Netflix series already know that another new season of the South Korean dystopian thriller is on the way this year. And while the new teaser for Season 3 that Netflix dropped today doesn’t confirm a release date, it does feature a new character that will debut in the new episodes.

The 15-second teaser, unveiled on X, shows three new players entering a “Red Light, Green Light” arena, with the game’s giant doll Young-hee facing away from them. But then the clip cuts to who Young is staring it: a boy killer doll across the railroad tracks. “Everyone say hi to Chul-su,” Netflix’s caption to the clip said. “”Squid Game 3″ coming 2025.”
More killer dolls? That’s not surprise for “Squid Game,” but when exactly will Chul-su get officially introduced to audiences when Season 3 premieres? Netflix in Korea may have revealed that date by accident: June 27. Time will tell if that release date is correct, but Season 3 did already shoot, so it wouldn’t surprise us if that prematurely-revealed date is the basic timeframe window for when the acclaimed season arrives.
