New Teaser Reveals More of Marvel’s First Family
Jun 10, 2025
Following the release of the official trailer for Fantastic Four: First Steps back in April, we now have another look at Marvel’s First Family thanks to a newly released teaser that showcases more of what we can expect come July. Starring Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, Fantastic Four: First Steps is the 37th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and based on reactions to the teaser, folks are expecting big things from the new MCU flick. “Family is about connection to something bigger than yourself,” comes the voice of Sue Storm as the teaser opens (seen below). From there, we’re treated to a barrage of clips from what promises to be one heck of a movie. There’s The Thing pulling a ship, Sue and Reed with baby Franklin, and, of course, Johnny igniting into Human Torch mode as he soars off into the night. We even catch glimpses of Julia Garner’s Silver Surfer and Ralph Ineson’s Galactus before the teaser comes to a close with a humorous moment between Reed and Johnny.

Reactions to the new teaser that was shared on Marvel’s social media accounts have been swift, with many already calling it the “best MCU movie in years.” @Spider_859 on X shared their enthusiasm by saying, “this movie is going to be so good I can’t wait.” Indeed, we can’t wait either, and neither can @DanB200437, who was just full of puns:
“I’m gonna be transparent here and I don’t think it’s a stretch to say this, but here’s the thing, this movie looks so fire, it’s gonna be fantastic.”
“Fantastic” was the comment of many others who are looking forward to the new MCU film, while “peak” was another favorite. Most folks were excited to see baby Franklin, including @bearcohn22 who said, “My first child’s due date is 10 days after this movie premieres. Hoping I get to see it if the baby isn’t early!” We’ll keep our fingers crossed for you, buddy. Needless to say, the hype is real for Fantastic Four: First Steps, so let’s hope it lives up to everyone’s expectations. You can see for yourself when the film hits theaters next month.
