Nicole Kidman & Liev Schreiber Star In Netflix’s New Mystery Series

Sep 3, 2024

There was a time when a cast of A-listers joining a TV project would draw major headlines. Now, that’s just not the case. In fact, you wouldn’t be wrong to be a little shocked that “The Perfect Couple,” with its starry cast, is actually debuting on Netflix this week with seemingly very little fanfare. That’s just a sign of the times. At least Netflix released a trailer for the show, even if it is only two days away.

Here’s the synopsis:
Amelia Sacks is about to marry into one of the wealthiest families on Nantucket. Her disapproving future mother-in-law, famous novelist Greer Garrison Winbury, has spared no expense in planning what promises to be the premiere wedding of the season — until a body turns up on the beach.
