Director Fede Alvarez’s Alien: Romulus just broke a box office record as it is now the highest-grossing horror movie of all time in IMAX theaters with $40 million in ticket sales for IMAX theaters alone.The film is also currently the highest-grossing horror movie of the year with $101 million domestically and $331 million worldwide. The film is still going strong at the box office with no at-home release announced at this time.This is a great Alien movie, and it deserves all the love that it’s been getting from fans, audiences, and critics. Hopefully, it stays in theaters a little longer because i want to see it one more time before it leaves.
