Though it’s true that streaming services are seemingly tightening their purse strings and canceling high-profile shows left and right, there are still quite a few gems to be found. Over on Max, one such gem is “Starstruck.”

As we approach the third season of the series, we now have a trailer for the upcoming episodes of “Starstruck.” As seen in the footage, the series continues the story of a woman who has broken up with a film star and now has to figure out how to navigate the life of a single woman. And as she approaches two years since the breakup, she is now faced with the reality that her friends are moving on to new, exciting stages in their adult lives, and she is seemingly stuck in a sort of limbo. 
“Starstruck” is the brainchild of comedian Rose Matafeo, who not only stars in the show but also produces, writes, and directs. She’s joined in the cast by Nikesh Patel and Emma Sidi.
“Starstruck” Season 3 arrives on Max on September 28. You can watch the trailer below.
Here’s the synopsis:
Still living in London and working at the local cinema, Jessie (Rose Matafeo) explores a new single life after  parting ways with film star Tom (Nikesh Patel). Two years after the breakup, Jessie navigates the pressures of adulthood and is confronted with the consequences of her own choices as her friends move on to the next stages in their lives, while Jessie is left questioning what she is really looking for.
