Trailer for Netflix’s Hindi Crime Comedy Series KILLER SOUP — GeekTyrant

Jan 30, 2024

Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming crime comedy series Killer Soup, which is Netflix’s first original Hindi series of the year. The series is described as the “most bizarre crime thriller of the year- and the secrets are about to boil over!”The series is loosely inspired by a headline of a real incident in 2017, and the synopsis reads: “Swathi Shetty, a talentless home chef, cooks up a bizarre plan to replace her husband, Prabhakar, with her lover, Umesh; when a bumbling inspector and amateur villains stir the pot, things don’t go as planned and a recipe for chaos ensues.”This eight-episode series stars Manoj Bajpayee and Konkona Sensharma and it looks like a wild and fun show! In a recent interview Manoj said: “For the first time in my career, I will be playing a double role, both starkly different from each other. The trailer offers a glimpse into the quirky world we’ve created set against the background of a sleepy town.”The series is set to debut on January 11th, 2024.
