Netflix has released a new trailer for its murder mystery whodunit dark comedy series The Perfect Couple, which revolves around one of the wealthiest most perfect families on Nantucket, and their dark secrets.Nicole Kidman and Liev Schreiber star in the film, which centers around novelist Greer Garrison Winbury (Kidman) and her husband Tag Winbury (Schrieber) and Amelia Sacks (Eve Hewson) is set to marry into their wealthy clan.This looks like it’ll be an entertaining show with a story that will keep audiences guessing due to all of the twists and turns that that will unfold as the story plays out.The six-part series is an adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand’s novel and the synopsis reads: “Amelia Sacks is about to marry into one of the wealthiest families on Nantucket. “Her disapproving future mother-in-law, famous novelist Greer Garrison Winbury, has spared no expense in planning what promises to be the premiere wedding of the season – until a body turns up on the beach. “As secrets come to light, the stage is set for a real-life investigation that feels plucked from the pages of one of Greer’s novels. Suddenly, everyone is a suspect.”The limited series comes from Bird Box director Susanne Bier and the cast also includes Dakota Fanning, Meghann Fahy, Ishaan Khattar, Jack Reynor, Sam Nivola, Mia Isaac, Donna Lynne Champlin and Isabelle Adjani.Greer (Kidman) is the mom of Amelia’s fiancée Benji Winbury (Billy Howle) and has expensed their wedding, set to be the toast of the season. But, it seems like the family has some secrets buried.The show hits Netflix on September 5th.
