Now, Vin Dieselposting on Twitter has turned Fast X’s end credits into a James Bond-style opening sequence featuring Vin Diesel singing.
In the video, Diesel can be heard singing “Days Are Gone,” an original tune by the actor. The song pairs with the sequence, turning it into a hilarious yet slick fan intro for Fast X.
What Will Happen In The Final Fast & Furious Movies?
Fast X ended with many characters’ fates unknown, including a plane carrying Roman, Tej, Han, and Ramsey getting shot down. The ending also saw Jakob Toretto, Dom’s brother, sacrificing himself to save Dom’s son Brian. The Fast X post-credits scene revealed the return of Dwayne Johnson as Luke Hobbs, with Dante making him his next target. This scene will lead to a movie centered on Hobbs, which will bridge the gap between Fast X and Fast 11.
While the release date for the Hobbs movie hasn’t been clarified yet, Diesel confirmed Fast 11’s release date of April 4, 2025. Because the Hobbs movie will take place before the events of Fast 11, the Johnson-led film will likely come out sometime before April 2025. Diesel also claimed Fast 12 is in the works to conclude the three-parter finale, although it still remains unclear if this is the intended plan by Universal.
With the Fast & Furious franchise’s final ride growing into possibly four movies, Fast X may have only been the beginning of a lengthy finale for Dom and his family. While it’s unclear how the conflict between Dom and Dante will end, it seems like it will be the largest battle the Fast & Furious franchise has ever seen. Fast X is both the beginning of the end of the Fast Saga and the start of a new era of Fast & Furious movies.
