First Look at Lou Ferrigno as a Cannibalistic Pig Farmer in THE HERMIT — GeekTyrant

May 30, 2024

This is our first look at legendary The Incredible Hulk actor Lou Ferrigno in the upcoming horror movie, The Hermit. Ferrigno plays a cannibalistic pig farmer in the story. In the film, “Dragged on a vacation to the woods, two self-absorbed teens named Lisa and Eric, played by Malina Weissman (A Series of Unfortunate Events) and Anthony Turpel (Bloody Bridget), venture off trail, stumble across a farm, go in, see animal heads hanging from the wall and fight for their lives against an unstoppable cannibal pig farmer.”Ferrigno makes and sells jerky made of human flesh. This is a very different kind of role for Ferrigno and I’m curious to see how the movie turns out. Scatena & Rosner Films has acquired worldwide rights to the film and co-founder Jordan Rosner said in a statement: “We are very excited to have this film and its team in the S&R family.”“On a personal note, I’ve been a fan of Lou’s since childhood, and seeing him bring such a compelling performance to the horror genre is very exciting.”The Hermit is directed by Salvatore Sclafani, and this is his first English-language feature film. This will make for an interesting film.
