During the Comic-Con panel for Nickelodeon’s Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, they shared the opening title sequence for the series, and that has now been released online for everyone to watch and enjoy! It’s pretty cool!This series was developed as a spinoff of the film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, and the series looks like it’ll be just as fun and entertaining as the movie. The series explores the “adventures of everyone’s favorite pizza-loving heroes as they emerge from the sewers onto the streets of NYC. Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey are faced with new threats and team up with old allies to survive both teenage life and villains lurking in the shadows of the Big Apple.”“Faced with new threats and teaming up with old allies, the Turtles will discover who they really are when they don’t have their brothers at their sides.”Ramsey Naito, president of Paramount Animation & Nickelodeon Animation added: “Reinvigorating this franchise has been years in the making, and we are thrilled to continue expanding the beloved Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe and bringing new adventures to families and fans.” Reprising their roles from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, the series features Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Brady Noon as Raphael and Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil.This series is the fifth animated Ninja Turtles TV show to be developed. Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will premiere on August 9th!
