Mike Flanagan is back with his latest Netflix horror series. Sure, his last foray into Netflix horror, “The Midnight Club,” wasn’t the best, but this is still the filmmaker behind “The Haunting of Hill House,” so we’ll cut him some slack. Plus, there’s no denying “The Fall of the House of Usher” looks like a fun time.

As seen in the trailer, “The Fall of the House of Usher” is inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe and tells the story of the powerful Usher family who find themselves hunted down by a mysterious killer from their past. Basically, this has strong “Knives Out” meets ‘Hill House’ vibes. It looks like a blast. 
The ensemble cast includes Bruce Greenwood, Carla Gugino, Mary McDonnell, Carl Lumbly, Mark Hamill, Michael Trucco, T’Nia Miller, Paola Nuñez, Henry Thomas, Kyleigh Curran, Samantha Sloyan, Rahul Kohli, Kate Siegel, Sauriyan Sapkota, Zach Gilford, Willa Fitzgerald, Katie Parker, Malcolm Goodwin, Crystal Balint, Aya Furukawa, Daniel Jun, Matt Biedel, Ruth Codd, Annabeth Gish, Igby Rigney, and Robert Longstreet.
