Recently, we had Disney release a Disney+ 2025 sizzle reel. In the footage shown, there were new looks at some FX shows that are coming to Hulu and Disney+. Those include “Alien: Earth,” “Chad Powers,” “The Bear,” and “Good American Family.” Now, all of those shows will be some of the most anticipated of the next year. But that doesn’t mean you should overlook what FX on Hulu has coming in the rest of 2024, including the new series, “Say Nothing.”

As seen in the new trailer for “Say Nothing,” the series tells the shocking true story of two sisters who did whatever it took to be part of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) in the early ‘70s. The show has already screened for critics and earned near-universal acclaim. Even though it doesn’t have the massive stars and a flashy I.P. behind it, “Say Nothing” might be one of the best series coming to Hulu this year.

“Say Nothing” is set to arrive on FX on Hulu on November 14. You can watch the trailer below.
Here’s the synopsis:
FX’s limited series Say Nothing is a gripping story of murder and memory in Northern Ireland during The Troubles. The nine-episode series is based on the book by Patrick Radden Keefe. Spanning four decades, the series opens with the shocking disappearance of Jean McConville, a single mother of ten who was abducted from her home in 1972 and never seen alive again. Telling the story of various Irish Republican Army (IRA) members, Say Nothing explores the extremes some people will go to in the name of their beliefs, the way a deeply divided society can suddenly tip over into armed conflict, the long shadow of radical violence for all affected, and the emotional and psychological costs of a code of silence.
