His newfound powers are immediately put to the test as he combats the Indestructible Man, portrayed by Raoul Max Trujillo, to protect his community from irreparable damage.

Jaime’s journey isn’t only about fighting adversaries, though. As he learns to navigate his new identity, his family’s safety hangs in the balance. Damián Alcázar and Adriana Barranza bring to life Jaime’s father and grandmother, respectively, establishing family as a significant component in Blue Beetle’s life.
