Megan Park & Maisy Stella Reveal the Heart and Humor of My Old Ass

Director Megan Park and actor Maisy Stella spoke to MovieWeb’s Julian Roman about their new movie with Aubrey Plaza, My Old Ass, which hits theaters Sep. 13, 2024 from Amazon MGM Studios.
In My Old Ass, an 18th-birthday mushroom trip brings Elliott face-to-face with her wisecracking 39-year-old self. When the older Elliott starts handing out warnings about what her younger self should and shouldn’t do, she realizes she has to rethink everything about family, love, and what’s becoming a transformative summer.
