There are no official plot details for Season 5 of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” yet, but here’s what fans already know. Season 4 ended up with Midge having an epiphany in front of The Gordon Ford Show’s billboard, ready to fight for her career. She’ll ostensibly do that in the new season.
Along with Brosnahan, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” also stars Tony Shaloub, Alex Borstein, Marin Hinkle, Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak, and Caroline Aaron. The show also stars Reid Scott, Alfie Fuller, and Jason Ralph.
Since its 2017 premiere, “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” gradually became one of Prime Video’s most popular series. Over its first four seasons, the show ratcheted up 54 Emmy nominations, including 20 wins, including Best Actress In A Comedy Series for Brosnahan. Brosnahan has also won two Golden Globes, three SAGs, and two Critics Choice Awards for her role as Midge.
So will the final season of “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” see Midge triumph in her ascent to stardom? Find out when the first three episodes of Season 5 premiere on Prime Video on April 14. Watch a teaser for the series below
